To resolve a 20-kilometers object at a distance of twice the Earth-Sun separation requuires a resolution of 0.01 arcsecond. At. the diffraction limit for a wavelength of 0.5 micrometers, this requires a telescope aperture with a diameter of 10 meters, larger than the Hubble (2-meter) and Webb (6.5 meter) space telescopes, as well as the planned Habitable World Observatory (8 meter version of the Hubble telescope).
