But to make a convincing case for water ice, you need to do a Chi-square analysis and demonstrate that the model spectrum does better than just a simple L-type asteroid (whose upper envelope in green fits the data rather well). The measured spectrum has large fluctuations and is actually going up when the water feature predicts it will go down or vice versa.
